![]() Nothing smooth at this property for the check-in experience. Front desk staff was not willing to do anything, other than offer that I could use the app to check in. Over many years I have had similar reservations at a variety of Hilton brands and never was told that I would have to re-check in the next day, the reservation was always combined at when I was first check in to avoid any hassles in having to re-check in or having the room reserved by another guests on the app. Was never recognized as a Hilton diamond member at check-in and was told that since I have two separate reservations that I would have to check out and then check in again the on the next day. Although the rooms have been remodeled, the guest services is the worst. This is one of the worse Hilton hotels I have every stayed at in my 20 years in staying at this brand.
